‘FastCat’ Ferry services seek govt incentives for maritime transport | Business and Politics

Archipelago Philippine Ferries Corporation (APFC) Chairman, Mary Ann Ibuna Pastrana talks about solving transportation and maritime problems of an archipelagic country by providing a ferry transport system for passengers and cargo. ‘FastCat’ adds govt subsidy and incentives will help the industry.
