00:00 Good morning everyone, I am Ducky Chan and I go to stereotypical shoujo anime high school.
00:29 One of the first things I do in the morning is brush my teeth and get ready for the day
00:32 ahead.
00:33 I want to look my best at school.
00:34 What if today is the day that Senpai will notice me?
00:45 This is the tissue that Senpai used to wipe his nose when he had a nosebleed last week.
00:51 Don't tell anyone, but sometimes I like to sniff it just a little.
00:54 It's so invigorating.
01:05 Now it's time to Facebook stalk Senpai.
01:07 Oh no, look at the time!
01:09 I'm going to be late for class!
01:11 It's okay, I can just look at the photos I took of Senpai when he was sleeping as I walked
01:15 to school.
01:16 Okay, that was weird.
01:17 Hey guys, it's The Love Life Machine and today I'll show you how to look like a yandere.
01:27 So the first thing I do is I pin my hair back because I have black hair and foundation and
01:32 makeup tends to stay very visible on black hair if it gets caught in it, so put it that
01:37 way.
01:38 So I'm taking my Chanel foundation and shaking it rather vigorously because the product does
01:41 tend to settle, and then I'm going to squirt out a little bit on the back of my hand and
01:45 dot it evenly on my face.
01:53 And so I'm going to take my foundation brush and blend it evenly into my skin.
01:56 And once I'm done with that, I'm also going to pat out my face with translucent powder.
02:00 And I'm also going to take some translucent powder and powder my eyelids because they
02:04 tend to get quite oily.
02:08 Alright so it's time for some eyeshadow, so I'm going to take this really black color
02:12 at the corner over here, and zoom my face real quick, swoop!
02:16 And so I'm going to also apply this eyeshadow on my eyebrow as an eyebrow filler.
02:21 For yandere's, they tend to be quite emotional and very expressive, and so I'm going to add
02:25 a slight arch to my eyebrow and make it a lot thinner than I'm used to.
02:40 So now I'm going to take my trusty ELF liquid liner, and I'm going to apply it on my eyelid
02:45 right here, because this is how high I want my eyeliner to go.
02:49 And then I'm going to extend the eyeliner past my actual lash line.
02:52 This will give the anime big eyed effect.
02:56 It does look quite fake from close up, but from far away it's actually quite cool looking.
03:00 So anyways, I'm going to take my eyeliner and fill everything in and clean up any edges
03:04 that I may have messed up.
03:07 This usually requires, for me, two layers maximum, so try not to overdo it, otherwise
03:12 it will start cracking and looking really nasty.
03:15 And so, as you can see from this angle, you can see where I lifted the eyeliner off my
03:20 actual lash line.
03:21 This will give, again, the big eyed anime effect, which is actually kind of creepy,
03:24 but kind of cool at the same time!
03:27 So as you can see, I'm continuing to thicken the eyeliner ever so slightly, and make sure
03:32 it looks nice and clean.
03:35 So now I'm going to line the inner corner of my eye.
03:38 I'm doing this because yandere's, again, have a sort of resting angry face, I guess.
03:44 I mean, they look kind of psychotic, and I think that lining the inner corner helps elongate
03:48 the eye, making her look more awake and more observant, I guess.
03:53 And so I'm also going to finish off my eyeliner with a little bit of a tail, and begin lining
03:58 the little backwards arrow thing I just did right there, okay?
04:01 I'll show you guys again later.
04:04 So now I'm going to take my white eyeliner, and this one's not that good to be honest,
04:07 it's by e.l.f., I'm what you'd expect, but what I usually do to make the white look more
04:12 white, is I take a white eyeshadow, and my news is probably not healthy because you probably
04:17 put eyeshadow in your eyeball, but like, it works for me, so I don't know anymore.
04:22 And so I'm going to go back with my black liquid liner, and finish up my eyeliner.
04:27 I'm going to elongate my eye, and give the false effect of having a big anime eye.
04:32 And if you want to see this in action again, then I do have a tutorial for big anime girl
04:36 eyes, so please check that out.
04:38 Cross promo!
04:39 Ah ha!
04:40 Um, pro tip!
04:41 For girls who wear a lot of eyeliner, or guys, pat your black eyeshadow on top of your black
04:46 eyeliner, because this will set the eyeliner, and make sure it does not slip and slide and
04:51 crease and get all oily and nasty, and this will really help it's staying power.
04:59 So now I'm going to take my brown eyeliner from e.l.f., and draw on a new double eyelid.
05:03 And yandere's tend to have very deep set eyes, and so I'm going to make a very very big eyelid
05:08 fold, as you can see right here.
05:10 It looks kind of droopy, but I think I like the way that looks.
05:14 I'm going to take gloss, which is a kind of light brownish color, and I'm going to go
05:19 ahead and begin to shade in the area above my eyelid for 3D dimension and coolness and
05:25 stuff.
05:26 Um, yeah, you can see where I missed a spot, oops, but you know.
05:29 And then repeat this step on the other eyeball.
05:33 I'm also going to drag the color underneath my eye to create a shadowy effect, and this
05:37 will also balance out the colors from the top and the bottom of your eyes.
05:42 Next I'm going to take this parfait light pink color, and I'm going to highlight where
05:46 the double eyelid is.
05:47 This will make it look slightly more realistic and less kind of 2D-ish.
05:52 And if some of it gets on your black eyeliner, then go ahead and wipe that off with a clean
05:55 brush.
05:59 So now I'm going to take this darker brown eyeshadow color and apply it over the medium
06:03 brown I applied earlier.
06:05 This will darken and deepen her eyelids ever so slightly.
06:09 And I'm also going to apply it underneath my fake lash line.
06:12 This will add again more depth, and this also makes her look slightly tired, which I think
06:16 is actually quite understandable, considering that yanderes tend to stalk and attack people,
06:22 so I think it's natural for her to look kind of tired.
06:26 So now I'm going to bust out this new eyeshadow palette, and I'm taking this magenta color,
06:31 it actually looks kind of purplish here, but it's actually magenta and pink-ish, and I'm
06:35 going to apply it to my eyes.
06:37 And I chose this color because a yandere is essentially still a schoolgirl, she's just
06:41 a teenager, and so I think it's natural for a teenage girl to be girly, and so I think
06:46 this adds a sense of girliness and femininity back into her look.
06:51 But oh well, she's still going to kill you.
06:53 Haha.
06:54 Anyhow, I'm going to go ahead and blend out the nasty roughness with a fluffy brush.
07:00 So now I'm going to take this white eyeshadow, and I'm applying it to my inner corners.
07:04 And I'm using a sponge applicator because this really packs on the color.
07:09 She's an anime girl, so naturally, there's nothing natural about this highlight.
07:14 Now I'm going to take my brown eyeliner, and draw in some eye bags.
07:18 Teenagers tend to stalk their prey, and so she's probably a little bit tired from all
07:22 that stalking.
07:23 I'm taking this medium brown eyeshadow again, and I'm going to go ahead and deepen the crease
07:27 and make it a little bit more realistic, but please do be careful because you may accidentally
07:32 make her look too old, so yeah, just make it very very subtle.
07:38 So now I'm going to take that pink parfait color from earlier, and highlight my eye bags.
07:43 I'm also going to take whatever's left of my brush and apply them to my brow bones to
07:47 lift them and just highlight them ever so slightly.
07:55 Now I'm going to pick up my black eyeliner once again, and I'm going to draw on her bottom
07:59 lashes.
08:00 And I think I decided to make them a little bit chunky, a little bit more triangular than
08:05 I'm used to, because this gives a more animated, more anime girl effect, which I find quite
08:12 fitting for this tutorial.
08:14 And so make them big and chunky!
08:16 And then for the upper lashes, I'm making them look slightly more natural I guess, well
08:20 then again there's nothing natural about this look, but still, I'm going to go ahead and
08:23 draw on my upper lashes.
08:25 If you want to use false lashes for this, that's totally fine, but I personally do not
08:28 like to waste my eyelashes, so I'm drawing them on instead.
08:36 So now it's time for eyelashes!
08:38 So I'm going to go ahead and curl my eyelashes with my eyelash curler, and make sure they're
08:43 nice and perky and sticking up straight, and then I'm going to go ahead with my Miss Manga
08:47 mascara and do my lashes.
08:49 I don't know why the screen turned bluish, but it did.
08:52 And at one point I did get out, there it is!
08:54 It's on my nose!
08:56 And that was not cute, I'm still mad about it.
09:03 The final step is blush.
09:05 And the reason why I'm applying such heavy blush is because yandere girls tend to blush
09:09 a lot, because they're trying to get senpai to notice them or something, I don't know.
09:13 But either way, they tend to be blushing all the time.
09:15 And so, I'm actually applying them the way yandere girls apply them.
09:19 And the blush is actually applied underneath the eye and dragged down to the upper cheekbones.
09:24 And I find this to look actually quite nice for a yandere girl.
09:28 Yeah, you're done!
09:31 And now you look super duper cute and kawaii and killer!
09:36 So yeah, I hope you guys enjoy this look!
09:39 Okay, so, back to the story, where were we?
09:45 Ah, home sweet home.
09:49 Anime school was fine today, except for one teensy weensy problem.
09:55 I saw another girl talk to senpai.
09:58 That of course, is unacceptable.
10:07 Good luck, and thank you for watching!
10:10 Kawaii in the streets, senpai in the streets.
10:13 Yeah, I need to stop.
10:25 So that is the end of the tutorial!
10:27 I hope you guys enjoyed it, I hope you guys have learned something from it.
