Not so yummy experience at Qila Bar & Grill

My 1st visit to Qila Bar and Grill.
This place used to be an old bar and people who know old Brampton will know which bar was here.
So I visited this place on May 20th in the evening and as soon as I stepped in I was greated by the hostess with smile. As it was early evening we were the 1st table. As soon as we sat down our server Tarun came and welcomed us with smile . Tarun was amazing server. When you go there make sure he is the one serving you.
So we placed the order with Tarun
As he recommended is to go with
Butter Chicken and then I also ordered
Dal Makhani
3 Garlic naans
2 Mango Lassi
So we waited for 10 mins and we were served with Mango Lassi.
In terms of presentation for Mango Lassi it's 10 out of 10.
But when I tasted it, it was not that good. Reason being whole Mango flavourful was not there. It was not very thick and mango flavour was missing. That is the reason I didn't liked it well. On sugar it was good not too sweet and not very less sugar. Quantity was also good but the taste was not there.
Then after waiting 20 minutes we were served with our butter Chicken, dal makhani, and garlic naans.
To eye it looked good.
But portions are small and portions are only good for 2 people.Also garlic naans were small in size. So quantity was less according to the price.
Next I tasted butter Chicken 1st and I didn't liked it. Reason being that butter Chicken is supposed to have tandoori butter Chicken. But gravey was . So didn't liked the butter Chicken on quality.
Garlic naans were also not that great they were OK, OK. Nothing special.
Then I tried dal makahni and I didn't liked it. Reason being it was tasting like boiled dal and less on spices and flavors. I can make dal makhani at home better than what these guys are serving.
So didn't liked the dal makhani at all.
In the end I would say that
Ambiance was good very good
Customer service was excellent and Tarun did an amazing job.
But when it comes to food it's not the place I will go for.
So over all score I would give them 6 out of 10.
Not worth the visit next time.
