Ingredients:

1 banana stem
250 grams of prawns, cleaned and deveined
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 green chilies, slit
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:

Prepare the Banana Stem:

Trim the outer layers of the banana stem until you reach the tender inner part.
Finely chop the banana stem into small pieces and immerse them in water with a little salt to prevent discoloration.
Leave the chopped banana stem in the water for about 10 minutes.
Drain the water and rinse the banana stem thoroughly to remove any bitterness.
Set aside.
Cook the Prawns:

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the prawns and sauté them for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
