One-Pot Chicken, Onion and Garlic Mushroom Pasta

1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken, garlic, onion and mushrooms. Fry until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the rice, pasta, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, and water. Stir until everything is well combined.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the rice and pasta are cooked through.
5. Serve warm.


Ingredients for 1 Person:
-1/2 Chicken Breast
-2 tablespoons Olive Oil
-2 cloves Garlic, minced
-1 medium Onion, chopped
-1/4 cup Mushrooms, sliced
-1/4 cup Long-Grain Rice
-1/3 cup Dry Pasta
-1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
-1/2 cup Water
