Government likely to increase JobSeeker rate for those over the age of 55

The federal treasurer is hinting changes to social security payments in the budget next week, could aim at older Australians. There's speculation the jobseeker unemployment benefit could increase for older Australians the budget, although the government is refusing to confirm that.
