00:00 Hey guys I'm going to show you how I make my spare ribs. I've already washed them
00:07 pretty well and I've already cleaned them up so they're ready to be cooked.
00:13 What I did was I soaked them in the apple cider vinegar for about two hours
00:21 and I'm going to add some seasoning salt, half a teaspoon, black pepper, half a
00:27 teaspoon cayenne pepper, half a teaspoon, this pepper is hot, and some ground
00:34 oregano. I have a whole onion here I'm going to cut up. Okay and then I'm going
00:42 to put that cut up onion just in the crock pot. I have some garlic here I'm
00:48 going to cut up. I cut up about four or five of those little cloves and I'm just
00:53 going to add that to my crock pot. Okay once I have all the ingredients in I'm
00:59 going to let it cook in a crock pot for about six hours until it's so tender
01:06 that the meat is falling off the bones. Okay it's been six hours I've mixed up
01:13 the same seasonings that I put on the meat. I mix it up with some flour and now
01:19 I'm just going to dip those spare ribs in the flour and I'm going to fry them.
01:26 The reason I boil them first is because it makes them so tender. Now these ribs
01:32 are already done so the only thing I'm doing is I'm putting a crispy coating on
01:39 the outside and the inside is very very tender. It's falling off the bones. So I
01:47 have my oil set at 350 degrees. I'm just going to continue to flour my spare ribs
01:58 and just brown them in the pan on each side. Crispy. I have my seasonings already
02:05 in and with this dish I prepared some white beans to go with it. This is the
02:14 best way to make spare ribs because they're not hard, they're not tough, they
02:20 are very very tender. Now what the vinegar does is it tenderizes the meat
02:27 and it pulls the salt from the pork because you guys know pork has a lot of
02:33 salt and it just cleans the meat that vinegar does. And also when you ever
02:42 you're frying anything you want to never use a fork because when you poke it with
02:48 the fork it let the juices escape. So you want to always use tongs when you're
02:55 frying any kind of meat. And oh my god this is going to be so delicious. So
03:04 delicious and it doesn't take long to cook at all and it's very flavorful
03:11 with all those seasonings inside. And it's very delicious. Fried spare ribs.
03:21 They are so good guys.
03:36 Yeah I can hardly wait. It's gonna be a great great meal. Okay I like that apple
03:46 cider vinegar. I use garlic cloves again, black pepper, large onion. I always use
03:53 fresh garlic. It's delicious. So I just want to thank you guys for taking the
04:01 time out to watch my video. I'm getting ready to get down right now. Get down. Get
04:08 down. Love you guys. Thank you so much for your support. Bye. Have a great day.
04:16 Bye.
