00:22 Here I have 1 lb Chicken Keema
00:26 You can use Mutton or Beef
00:28 I am using Chicken Keema because it is low fat

00:37 1/2 cup Oil
00:38 1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
00:41 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
00:43 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
00:45 1 tsp Red Chilli
00:48 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
00:51 1 tsp Garam Masala
00:53 1/2 tsp Turmeric
00:55 Heat oil in a pan
00:58 Add Onion
01:04 Add Ginger and Garlic
01:18 Saute till Onion turns light brown
01:28 Add Keema
01:49 Saute for a while till Onion turns light brown
02:08 Keep stirring so that there are no lumps
02:28 Add Garam Masala and Turmeric
02:47 Saute for a while
03:09 Add Coriander and Red Chilli
03:19 Saute for 2 minutes
03:35 Add Tomato
03:45 Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame
