Kettlebell Training / Box Jump / Crossfit style

In this video I am doing kettlebell high pull/snatch superset with box jump ladder. In the video I start out doing 3 reps of two different variations of kb high pulls and finishing with a snatch. I complete the same thing for both arms then superset it with the same amount of reps on box jumps. I would then drop down to 2 reps and finally 1.
