How to Make McCormick Sicilian Chicken

00:00 Hi everyone, this is B. And today I'm going to be doing a cooking tutorial and review
00:05 on a Karmic Sicilian Chicken Skillet Sauce.
00:09 Everything that you need is conveniently located on the back.
00:12 You will need one packet.
00:14 I'm going to use two of the skillet sauce, two tablespoons of olive oil, your chicken
00:18 breast, two cups of sliced mushrooms, and one each of bell pepper, onion, cut into strips.
00:23 I decided to use my tenderloin.
00:25 I didn't have any chicken breast, but as you can see, I've taken that.
00:27 I've washed it.
00:28 And I'm going to be a rebel.
00:30 I'm going to add some extra seasoning to it with the Montreal Chicken Grill Mace.
00:35 I'm going to take that.
00:36 I'm going to lightly season my chicken.
00:37 I'm going to slice up my mushrooms that I bought from Publix.
00:41 And I'm also going to slice up my mini bell peppers that I have.
00:44 I didn't have a whole one.
00:46 And I'm going to slice up my onion.
00:47 Now, I do not have these excellent slicing skills, so don't judge me.
00:52 But hey, it tastes good.
00:54 So as you can see, I've already sliced up my bell pepper.
00:56 I'm slicing up my mushrooms.
00:59 And then after that, I'm going to go in and I'm going to slice up my onions.
01:02 Like I said before, I don't have the best of cutting skills or slicing skills.
01:07 My goal in life is to learn how to do the professional julienne cuts.
01:10 But I'm doing it the best way that I know how as of right now.
01:13 I'm also going to now add my chicken to my cooking skillet, which I've already sprayed
01:19 with my Pam.
01:20 I didn't have olive oil, but they do have the olive oil Pam now that I sprayed.
01:23 And I'm going to add them all in there.
01:25 And I'm going to brown them on each side.
01:28 And the instructions say to only turn once.
01:31 So that's what I'm doing right now.
01:34 And then one after that one.
01:41 After I have thoroughly cooked my chicken, I'm going to then add the vegetables.
01:58 Then we are going to cover it and allow it to cook for an additional five minutes on
02:02 medium heat.
02:09 After my five minutes are up, that's when I'll add the skillet sauce.
02:12 And I did use two packets of it.
02:15 Each pack only serves four people.
02:18 So I need two packs to serve my big old family.
02:26 And then you will allow that to simmer for an additional five minutes on covered heat.
02:33 You can serve this on a bed of noodles or if you're like me and you're trying to watch
02:37 your carbs, I have mine with a side salad.
02:40 And now it is testing time with my biggest critic, my husband.
02:43 And as you can see, he is giving it a thumbs up.
02:46 So right now, the McCormick Sicilian Chicken Skillet Sauce is receiving rave reviews from
02:52 the Mac family.
02:53 It was very simple, very easy to make.
02:56 And we will be enjoying this delicious dish again.
