Step 7: Reading Players. The skill of putting your opponent on a hand and sniffing out weakness. You need to watch how your opponent plays, spot betting patterns (very important in online poker) and looks for any physical tells.

Step 8: Heads Up. What to do when you get down to the last 2 in a tournament and the game turns into full blown psychological warfare. In heads up the value of your starting hand changes, the more aggressive player usually wins and it’s much more about bluffing as both players will usually miss the flop.
