Concord site reported to Safe Work NSW after inspection

The New South Wales Building Commissioner had reported safety concerns at a construction site only a day before a new house by the same builder collapsed in southwestern Sydney. A family escaped the six- to 12-month-old home in the early hours of the morning on good Friday. The cause is still being investigated and the builder says its willing to rectify any issues.
