Whole Masoor Dal - ⅓ cup
Whole Moong dal - ⅓ cup
Chana Dal - ⅓ cup
Toor dal - ⅓ cup
Salt (as per taste)
Turmeric Powder - ½ tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Water - 5 cups

For Tempering
Oil - 1 tbsp
Dried Red Chillies - 2-3
Ginger Julienne
Tomato - 1 (chopped)
Salt - 1 pinch
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Curd - ⅓ cup
Dried Fenugreek Leaves
Ghee
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
