Assam farmers celebrate Rongali Bihu at their farms in Dibrugarh

People across Assam are celebrating the first day of Rongali Bihu on April 14. Farmers in Dibrugarh celebrated Rongali Bihu in traditional form with their cattle in farm fields and danced to traditional music. Bihu is a harvest festival that marks the beginning of the Assamese New Year, which falls in mid-April.
