A group of people pelted stones at the Ram Navami Shobha Yatra in Gujarat’s Vadodra on March 30. The group vandalised vehicles and pelted stones as the Yatra neared a Masjid. Police rushed to the spot to control the situation. Speaking on the same, the police said, “We came and saw a group of people gathered near the Masjid as the Yatra neared the Masjid. We made them understand and asked them to leave. The Yatra has passed and the situation is under control now. No injuries have been reported.”
