Dog Beau and deputy Tim Patterson found the missing boy within 10 minutes of beginning their search.
“After a sniff of a shirt the eight-year-old had worn, they started their search and K9 Beau began tracking,” Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office wrote, sharing the video on social media.
“In under ten minutes, they found the little boy behind a house, standing in some bushes and deputies quickly returned him safe and sound to his worried family.”
