Delhi's serial dog killer stabbing puppies, watch video

This CCTV footage has gone viral that shows a man butchering puppies and dog brutally. The police on Tuesday morning got a PCR call about the death of puppies outside Green Park Metro station Gate No. 1. When the police reached the spot, it found three puppies lying butchered. On examining CCTV camera footage of the Metro station, the police found a youth was stabbing dogs mercilessly. Watch video
