Pet Dog Gets Yanked up by Collar and Thrown About

This dog's owner found their collar chewed up so they checked the security camera footage and found that the dog was in fact yanked up by the collar and thrown about in their cage. However, the shocking bit was that nobody was seen yanking them up and there was no one else present.
