Bengaluru-Mysuru commuters furious as new expressway waterlogs

Parts of the newly inaugurated Bengaluru-Mysuru expressway were inundated on March 18 leaving several commuters angry and disappointed. The waterlogging led to bumper-to-bumper traffic, accidents, and damaged vehicles.

The expressway promises to reduce commute time from 3 hours to 75 minutes. This comes right after the expressway’s inauguration by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on March 12.
