The family of a non-verbal autistic man who sadly died last week are campaigning to keep his legacy alive. Chris Finnes was an inspiration for many with his ability to communicate through the rapid prompting method, which he used to write poety and communicate with people across the world

A rally in support of Ukraine at Centenary Square, hosted by community organisation Centrala, commemorates the estimated 14,000 Ukranian people who are believed to have died since Russias invasion. Almost a thousand Ukranian refugees are currently staying in the city.

Jemima Khan was in Birmingham to promote her new movie What's Love Got to do with It? - a film about a British woman who decides to film her neighbours journey to Pakistan to experience a different approach to finding love. The films stars Asim Chaudhary and Shabani Azmi.
