तमिलनाडु के अरक्कोणम स्थित मंडियाम्मन मंदिर में त्योहार के दौरान क्रेन गिरी गई। हादसे में 4 लोगों की मौत हो गई है। 9 लोग घायल हैं। पुलिस अधिकारियों ने बताया कि क्रेन के संचालकों को हिरासत में लिया गया है। त्योहार में क्रेन का इस्तेमाल करने की अनुमति नहीं थी।घटना रविवार शाम की है। अरक्कोणम स्थित मंडियाम्मन मंदिर में मायिलेरु त्योहार चल रहा था। इस दौरान तीन लोग क्रेन से लटककर भगवान मूर्तियों को माला पहना रहा थे। तभी क्रेन का कंट्रोल बिगड़ा और वह गिर गईहादसे का वीडियो भी सामने आया है, जिसमें देखा जा सकता है कि कई लोग क्रेन पर लटके हुए हैं। उनके हाथ में माला है, वे मूर्तियों को माला पहनाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। इसी दौरन कंट्रोल बिगड़ने से क्रेन गिर गई। हादसे के बाद मंदिर में भगदड़ मच गई। कुछ लोगों ने क्रेन के नीचे दबे श्रद्धालुओं को निकालने की कोशिश की।
