Aloo Tikki Chaat is a supremely popular and scrumptious dish that can be seen and enjoyed on the streets of North India. This tangy dish has aloo tikki or fried potato patties topped with sweet and sour tamarind chutney, spicy green chutney, curd (yogurt) and other tidbits. Resulting in a beautiful combination of flavors and textures.
