Hundreds of residents turned out to welcome Christmas in Little Common yesterday (Sunday).

They enjoyed a Christmas market with an array of market stands, music from the Hooe Brass Band, singing from the Little Common Primary School and Father Christmas made himself comfortable in Bexhill Estates and gave out 50 free gifts to local children.

Michelle Rose from Made in Bexhill organised the event alongside Tim Fenner from Friends of Little Common (FOLC) with the aim of increasing footfall at the event and bringing more people to the area.

The Best Shop Window competition was won by Little Attic.
