Gudeg is a traditional food typical of Jogjakarta. The history used to be that when the Mataram warriors tripped the base, many jackfruit trees and coconut trees were found in the area that is now Kota Gede.
To treat my longing for having to stay at home, or not being able to go to Jogja. Finally I made my own gudeg at home.
Here are the ingredients:
1 kg young jackfruit (tewel)
Kampong chicken
chicken eggs
10 cloves of garlic
10 shallots
10 grains of hazelnut
3 tbsp coriander
50 grams of galangal
5 sticks of lemongrass
7 pieces of lime leaves
10 bay leaves
For 1 coconut, take coconut water, clear coconut milk, and thick coconut milk
Coconut sugar/brown sugar
