'Stealthing' to be criminalised as rape in Queensland

The definition of consent will change and "stealthing" will be made a crime as part of a major overhaul of sexual violence laws in Queensland. The changes will also see alleged perpetrators able to be identified as soon as they're charged instead of waiting until they're committed to stand trial.
