Hello everyone, this time I made puff pastry with a new method that is different from the others. Very easy and fast. No fridge, no eggs, no yeast of course.

100 grams of unsalted butter
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
500 grams of bread flour
200 grams of water
250 grams of margarine or special butter for making puff pastry (It's not easy to melt, you can buy it online)
