A win for Switzerland would put them on four points, with Sweden. A defeat for Bosnia-Herzegovina would leave them three points adrift at the bottom and would require Ukraine to lose in their match against Switzerland to leave them with any chance of making through to the round of 16. A draw would be enough to keep Bosnia-Herzegovina's fate in their own hands, with a chance of topping the group, and would also leave Switzerland a chance of topping the group.
