Excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) can be caused by various factors (stress, anger, sexual arousal, ovulation) or disorders (hyperhidrosis, low blood glucose, nervous system disorders).
Some simple remedies can be used to treat excessive sweating (sweat):
- good soap: choose a soap based on good essential oils, but which do not dry out the skin too much. You can use antibacterial surgical soap that is suitable for underarm areas.
- Vinegar: This product reduces the bacteria that create odors in the armpits.
- witch hazel: has the same effect as vinegar. Gently dries the skin and invigorates.
- baking soda and cornmeal: these products absorb moisture, and baking soda kills the bacteria responsible for bad smells.
- regular epilation: regularly epilate the underarm area, because the hair in this area assimilates sweat and bacteria.
- constantly clean clothes: change your shirt regularly, maybe 2 times a day.
- tea tree oil: this tool can be used in problem areas. It kills bacteria and has a pleasant smell.
- essential oils of lavender, mint and pine: these oils fight bacteria and make the skin pleasantly scented.
- sage: it resists bacteria and neutralizes sweat.
- lemon: this remedy, by creating an acidic environment, eliminates the bacteria involved in body odor.
- chlorophyll: green leafy vegetables (cabbage, spinach) are rich in chlorophyll and have a tonic smell.
- parsley: this remedy fights the problem of sweating well.
- linden flowers: tea from these flowers stimulates the excretion of metabolic substances, reducing body odor.
