The Duck Walk Killer has killed two people to date in Rogers Park. Will he claim a third victim soon and join the serial killer club? Cops in Chicago have said he's not connected to another ambush killer who was caught in Sacramento, though they had looked a lot alike. I think he's still hungry; and I think it's only a matter of time because Chicago already has so many gun deaths that they might not think an up-and-coming SK is anything to worry about.
