Foxconn Founder’s PCR Test Machines results count as official diagnoses

Taiwan is counting PCR results from approved at-home test machine as official diagnoses. One of the approved brands was developed by a company belonging to Terry Gou, the billionaire founder of electronics giant Foxconn.
