Government to bring review forward so it begins this year

The Federal Government is bringing forward a review into the national disability insurance scheme. Minister for the NDIS Bill Shorten estimates the scheme will need an additional eight billion dollars over the next four years, compared to the estimate provided by the former coalition government.
