It allow to send sound message and watch both cameras in real time adjusting the frames automatically. It works even in GPRS, not just in 3G networks.

La idea es buena pues hace uso del canal de datos GRPS o 3G y va transfiriendo tanto mensajes de voz como imagenes a unos frames adecuados para que sea viable el servicio.
