Time Out names Sheffield’s Kelham Island one of ‘Coolest Neighbourhoods in the World’

Kelham is a brilliant island with a long way to go.
At least that’s the impression I got from a visit to commemorate it’s ranking by Time Out magazine as the 35 th best ‘neighbourhood’ (excuse the Americanism) in the world.
I went to some of the spots that the magazine recommends and found some common themes – andcomplaints.
