About Meditation: Meditation is about developing our awareness through conscious practice. It is about finding the peace that leads to mental clarity, calmness, and physical healing. It allows us to experience all our faculties as a whole person. Most things in life are out of our control. The only domain we have influence over is ourselves, our reactions and actions. The world becomes a better place when we can respond to it with greater self-awareness. For this to happen, we must first develop ourselves, and there is no better way to do this than through meditation.
