Women-led MSMEs account for only around 20 per cent of the country's 6.3-crore strong MSME sector. Their share moved up by only 7 per cent in the past decade due to multiple reasons. Despite numerous schemes launched by the government to promote the sector, women entrepreneurs haven't been able to tap them fully.
