Adriana Brownlee has become the youngest female to conquer K2, one of the most challenging climbs in the world. K2 is the second-highest mountain in the world and lies on the Pakistan-China border. The 21-year-old from London has now completed 10 of the 14 highest peaks in the world and aims to complete all the climbs of those over 8,000 metres by next spring. Ms Brownlee said that she knew that K2 “was going to be one of the hardest ones.” Report by Jonesia.
