Police and office staff of the Manila Police District (MPD) rush out of the building following a 7.3 magnitude earthquake that was felt in Abra on Wednesday morning, July 27, 2022., according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs). The quake occurred 2 kilometers northeast of Lagangilang at 8:43 a.m.
