Melbourne manufacturer receives $600, 000 fine over apprentice death

A Melbourne manufacturer has been hit with a six hundred thousand dollar fine over the death of an apprentice who was suffocated by toxic gas inside a tanker. Marshall Lethlean Industries was today convicted in the county Court of Victoria over the death of Dillon Wu.
