California Democrats to investigate cause of high gas prices

Gas prices in California keep rising but state officials still haven't decided how to provide relief to Californians. State Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon announced Monday a bipartisan committee to investigate gas price gouging, The committee's goal is to answer two questions: why are gas prices so high and how can lawmakers stop it?
