The Whole Truth tells the story movies of two brothers, Pim (Sutatta Udomsilp) and Putt (Sadanont Durungkaweroj) who have to live with their grandparents because their mother was in an accident and was hospitalized in a coma. At night, when the two were sleeping at the grandparents' house, they were awakened by a strange sound in the next room.
Terrified and curious, Pim and Patt looked for the source of the sound and found a small hole in the wall. They then peeked at what was going on behind the wall. The events they witnessed were truly terrifying. However, the mysterious hole can only be seen by Pim and Patt. When they told it to their grandparents, no one noticed. Pim's grandparents didn't see any holes in their bedroom walls.
