Kerala में Vismaya की आत्महत्या के लिए पति जिम्मेदार, 10 साल की सजा | वनइंडिया हिंदी

A Kerala court has convicted the husband of Ayurveda student Vismaya for dowry death and abetment to suicide. On Tuesday, a court sentenced the husband of medical student Vismaya to 10 years in jail for dowry harassment and abetment to suicide. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 12,55,000 on Kumar, of which Rs 2 lakh will be given to Vismaya's parents.

केरल की एक कोर्ट ने आयुर्वेद की छात्रा विस्मया के पति को दहेज हत्या और आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने का दोषी ठहराया. मेडिकल की छात्रा विस्मया के पति को दहेज उत्पीड़न और आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने के आरोप में मंगलवार को कोर्ट ने 10 साल जेल की सजा सुनाई. अदालत ने कुमार पर 12,55,000 रुपये का जुर्माना भी लगाया, जिसमें से 2 लाख रुपये विस्माया के माता-पिता को दिए जाएंगे.
