New analysis shows women are given harder contests

New analysis from the Australian National University shows that just two in ten female candidates are contesting winnable seats in the election stymying efforts to increase female representation in parliament. Professor Michelle Ryan says political parties still need to do more to combat the 'glass cliff' where women are given jobs in a high, but precarious position.
