Hardik Patel dismisses rumours of joining BJP

Amid the campaign for Gujarat Legislative Assembly Elections, Working President of Gujarat Congress Hardik Patel on April 25, asserted that he is not upset with Rahul Gandhi or Priyanka Gandhi but with state leadership and recommended inducting leaders who work for the people in the rural level.
“I'm not upset with Rahul Gandhi or Priyanka Gandhi. I am upset with the state leadership. Elections are coming up and in such times work should be done together with honest and strong people. They should be given positions,” said Hardik Patel.
The leader further said, “People who work at the rural level to strengthen the party should be given opportunities. It's poll time, go to villages, work hard in cities. As far as being upset is concerned, questions come up in a family and talks are held. I clarified earlier too to not spread rumours.”
