UN Secretary-General singles out Australia in climate speech

The UN Secretary-General has taken a public swipe at Australia in an address to a sustainability summit, labelling the nation a "hold out" after the Prime Minister refused to strengthen the 2030 emissions reduction target. Doctor Simon Bradshaw says the government is likely to become further isolated from the international community.
