South Australian voters head to the polls with Labor as favourite

South Australia's Premier says a change of government will put a 'handbrake' on the state's economy as he urges people to vote the liberal party back in. Voting is underway across the state and Steven Marshall is the underdog with the Labor party maintaining its lead in the latest newspoll.
