How can we make biceps at home - First of all let's talk about training. People who train at home usually do biceps training either excessively or with less weight than necessary. Biceps exercise is not done very much. It is a small body part and often becomes a victim of overtraining. If you are at beginner level but you should do only three exercises of biceps, if you are on middle then five and beyond that workouts are done in gym only. That is, broadly speaking, you should do only three to four exercises of biceps.
Now the matter of set and wrap, if you want to increase the size of biceps, then keep the count of sets three. The wrap count should usually be between 12 and 6. Apply so much weight that you take out 12 wraps while maintaining the correct form in the first set, then increase the weight so that you take out 8 to 10 wraps while keeping the form correct. Keep increasing the weight in the same way. Sometimes the rap count can be taken up to 20 and even up to 2. If you want to increase the size, then heavy weight will have to be applied.
Our training itself gives a signal to the brain that now we need stronger and bigger muscles than before. The brain forwards this signal to the body.
How many days a week biceps should be done – If you are exercising at home, then you should do biceps exercise only one day a week. Also you shouldn't bother them. It is not that when you want to lift the dumbbell and start taking out the wrap. Exercise once and do it well, that's it.
