the rolling stones - five part jam - stereo mix
Edit for headphones, January 21, 2022. This is a mix by me, chosen from the "5 Part Jam" takes on cd one of volume one of the studio sessions album "Satanic Sessions" by bootleg label "Midnight Beat", a two volumes release, each volume has four cd's. (Catalogue numbers MB CD 120 to 127.***) On this album "5 Part Jam" has 33 takes, I chose the best and turned them into one song.
The takes were recorded in July, 1967 at the London Olympic Studios.
I heard these takes for the first time many years ago, I always considered them to be quite "strange" Stones try outs. It was only until today that I thought: the Stones may have meant this to be an instrumental in various styles. So I decided to give it a go.
I added a lot of new photos, so that - in case you think this is totally non Stones music - you won't get bored while listening... ༼ᴼل͜ᴼ༽
