No ceasefire violation in Ukraine's Kyiv, Kharkiv; fighting continues on the outskirts | Exclusive

India Today's Rajesh Pawar, who has been reporting live from Kyiv, speaks about the ground situation in Ukrainian cities after a ceasefire was declared by Russia in four Ukrainian cities - Kyiv, Mariupol, Kharkiv and Sumy on Monday. He said that as far as Kyiv was concerned, there had been no violation of the ceasefire. Irpin, which Ukraine considers as a part of Kyiv, has witnessed heavy fighting for the past few days and it did not stop on Monday as well.
