As the Russia-Ukraine war entered its 13th day, Vladimir Putin’s forces continued to bomb Ukrainian cities. Although a ceasefire had been announced by Moscow in Ukraine’s Sumy, along with four other cities, to enable the establishment of safe corridors for citizens to evacuate, the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration, Dmytro Zhyvitsky, said that Russian planes continued to drop bombs on residential areas of the city.
