Flooding death toll at 4 as man's body found in Lismore

The death toll in the New South Wales floods has risen to four with a body of a man found in Lismore a severe weather warning is in place extending from Newcastle to the South Coast a flood alert has also been issued for the Hawkesbury and Nepean rivers.
